About

Hello! My name is [Hrishikesh], and I am a dedicated private tutor with over [ 2+] years of experience helping students unlock their full academic potential. My mission is simple: to transform learning from a source of stress into a rewarding journey of curiosity, mastery, and confidence. Teaching Philosophy: How I Work Many students believe they are "just not good at" a subject. My goal is to break that mindset from day one. I view learning through the lens of growth mindset and active recall. Here is what you can expect during our sessions: 1.Diagnostic Assessment: We begin by identifying core gaps in foundational understanding rather than just treating immediate homework symptoms. 2.Interactive Problem-Solving: I guide students using the "I Do, We Do, You Do" scaffolding framework. I demonstrate concepts, solve problems collaboratively, and then empower the student to lead the solution independently. 3.Conceptual Clarity Over Rote Learning: Memorizing formulas or rules only lasts until the test is over. I focus on helping students understand why a concept works, leading to long-term retention and transferable analytical skills.
