Week 1 will provide you with detailed sessions on HOW THE MIND WORKS! You will learn all the secrets of why we think, feel, act, and how we do that, how to think more rationally by changing your unhealthy patterns of thinking into healthy thinking, and so much more.
We will work on our Core Beliefs in Week 2, identifying our dysfunctional ways of thinking and transforming them using successfully proven Psychological techniques including Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
In Week 3 we will practically learn all the techniques that can be used to change our perspective and assigning new, positive meanings to the way we think and act giving us more power over our minds using theories of REBT and CBT.
Week 4 will be even more action-oriented and will teach us how to Take Action and Create the Change that you desire. Here we will learn the absolutely amazing Neuro-Linguistic Skills which will help us create HAPPINESS for real.
Week 5 will be all about Goal Setting and Success. It will encapsulate the ways in which our unconscious mind works in the area of setting and achieving Goals, and how can we set and achieve even bigger goals with ease.
Week 6 will be about developing a new, growth mindset. We will learn to build the best possible community of people who would help us in one way or the other in achieving our goal. It will also include identification of the skills required for achieving our goal and getting rid of mental blockages.
Week 7 to 9 will teach us techniques that we need to master to improve our top five skills which will speed up our run to win. These skills will include the ability to think critically, decode others, learn expertly, make better decisions, establishing trust, boost confidence, stress management, improve concentration & focus, anger management, body image/confidence, overcome loneliness, anxiety management, improving self-esteem, dealing with addictions, conflict management, time management, prioritization, easy forgiveness, empathy, improving organizing skills, improving memory power, ceasing over-thinking, Mindfulness, overcoming excuses, commitments, motivation, and communication.
Week 10 will guide us to finally make our final personalized blueprint and start living our life with immense potential.
