I am Praveen C., an LL.B. (Hons.) graduate and an LL.M. student specialising in Commercial Law. I am passionate about legal education and enjoy helping law students understand legal concepts in a simple, structured and practical manner. I provide one-to-one online and home tuition for LLB, BBA LLB and BA LLB students. My teaching focuses on conceptual clarity, important case laws, Bare Act provisions, examination preparation, answer-writing techniques and practical application of law.I can assist students with subjects such as Constitutional Law, Contract Law, Company Law, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, Jurisprudence, Criminal Law, Evidence Law, Environmental Law, Competition Law and Legal Research Methodology.My approach is student-friendly and interactive. I first understand the student's syllabus and difficulties and then prepare classes accordingly. My aim is not just to help students memorise law, but to help them understand, analyse and confidently apply legal principles.
