Hello, I’m Sagarika, a UGC-NET qualified Assistant Professor with 6+ years of college teaching experience in Commerce and Management. I believe every student is different, with their own strengths, interests, abilities, and aspirations. My role as a teacher is not only to explain a subject but also to help students understand concepts clearly and connect what they learn with real-life situations. I teach Commerce, Finance, Financial Management, Accounting, Management, Marketing and HRM to Class 11–12, CUET, B.Com, and BBA students. My teaching is simple, practical and student-focused, using real-life examples, step-by-step explanations, and interactive doubt-solving to build strong concepts. During my college teaching experience, I guided students with their academic doubts, assignments, examinations, and career-related decisions, helping them gain clarity and confidence in their learning. I believe information is everywhere today, but students need the right understanding and direction. I encourage them to think independently, understand their strengths and make informed choices rather than simply following the crowd.
