I am an experienced professional and trainer with over 20 years of experience in operations, team management, client management, and corporate training. Throughout my career, I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds, which has given me a practical understanding of the skills required to communicate effectively, build confidence, manage professional interactions, and perform successfully in real-world situations. As a trainer, I take a personalised and practical approach. I first understand the learner’s goals, challenges, and current level, and then adapt my sessions accordingly. Rather than focusing only on theory, I use practical examples, guided discussions, real-life situations, and personalised feedback to help learners understand how they can apply what they learn. I offer one-to-one online sessions, creating a focused environment where learners can comfortably ask questions, discuss their challenges, and work at their own pace. My goal is simple: to help learners develop practical skills that they can confidently use in their personal and professional lives.
