I teach Cybersecurity Fundamentals in a simple, structured, and practical way for college students and working professionals who are starting or strengthening their cybersecurity journey. My sessions cover core security concepts, computer networks, Linux fundamentals, common cyber attacks, authentication, cryptography basics, firewalls, SIEM, SOC fundamentals, threat detection, and incident response. I focus on explaining not just what a technology does, but how and why it is used in real-world security environments. Sessions can include practical demonstrations, guided hands-on exercises, and problem-solving based on real SOC workflows. My goal is to help learners build a strong cybersecurity foundation and gain the confidence to move toward more advanced security topics and careers.
